Accepted Formats

• Adobe Illustrator

  • .ai, .eps, or .pdf file extensions

  • Outline your text to avoid missing or incorrect fonts

• Adobe Photoshop

  • .psd or .pdf file extensions

  • Do not flatten layers

  • Any attached .jpg or .png images need to be a minimum of 300dpi and as large as possible for clarity in printing.

Non-vector based artwork may incur additional artwork recreation charges.

We will mockup your item & e-mail you a proof for approval. Wizard Print Designs d/b/a Pin Flags and More is not responsible for any artwork / text / format errors on the final product(s) that have been approved by you or your representative(s).

• < 8MB: email to orders@pinflagsandmore.com with your order receipt number (comes via email after purchase).

• > 8MB: FTP Upload. Bundle files in .zip files for easiest sending

 

 

Artwork / Logos

• We have NO setup fees for basic layout designs.

• If artwork requires extensive reworking, additional charges may be incurred.

• Please send original files, don't place them in another file

• DO NOT flatten any images; send original files with layers intact

• All Illustrator fonts should be converted to outlines.

• Please email a copy of the original artwork so that we see how it should look

• Please specify your Color from the Pantone Color Matching System
