Terms and Conditions

All orders are prepaid with a check, pay pal or credit card.

• Orders are prepaid in full, freight included, prior to shipping.

• Formal purchase orders are required.

• Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

• Product sizes are for cut fabric, finished items may vary slightly and are commercially acceptable within ½ inch.

• Pin Flags and More is not responsible for dye lot variations in fabric.

• Pin Flags and More is not responsible for typographical errors within a graphic. It is the customers’ responsibility to review the electronic proof carefully and provide a new file if there are any errors.

• Pin Flags and More is not responsible for late deliveries due to freight carrier.

• There is a $5 drop ship fee per location when shipping to more than 4 addresses.

• Changes to the ship method or delivery address must be received at least 1 calendar day before the order is scheduled to ship.

Cancellations / Returns

• Orders that have received proof approval/s cannot be cancelled.

• If a proof has been created, but not approved, the order can be cancelled for a $50 cancellation fee.

• Except for manufacturing defect, no returns are accepted.

• Any order that remains on hold for a period 30 days due to the customers inability in submitting usable art files or other pertinent information will be cancelled and assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
